Description:
A Nextflow plugin that automatically intercepts pipeline completion events and updates a target Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or API endpoint with the pipeline status (SU for Success, FA for Failure).
This plugin is used at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) by the Genomics Unit to track and automatically log nextflow workflow execution outcomes directly into the CRG LIMS platform.
