Description:
The plugin carries out some common tasks required for workflows being run at FL86
- Prevent a workflow from executing when output directory already exists (unless its a resume).
- Drop a copy of the input sample sheet to pipeline_info (pipeline_info/sample_sheet.csv).
- Drop a json with the contents of the workflow dictionary (pipeline_info/workflow.json).
- Drop file pipeline.complete into the work directory upon successful completion to trigger cleanup of scratch files.
