Process

`Name`	`PBTK_PBMERGE`

Input 1 channel

#1 tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1', single_end:false ]`
`bams` file	PacBio BAM files `*.bam`

Output 3 channels

#1 bam tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1', single_end:false ]`
`*.bam` file	The merged PacBio BAM file `*.bam`

#2 pbi tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. [ id:'test', single_end:false ]
`*.pbi` file	BAM Pacbio index file `*.bam.pbi`
