Process

`Name`	`PROOVFRAME_MAP`

Input 3 channels

#1 tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1', single_end:false ]`
`fasta` file	A FASTA fna file containing raw read nucleotide sequences `*.{fasta,fa}`

#2 tuple

`meta2` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1', single_end:false ]`
`faa` file	A proteome fasta file to create a database of guide protein sequences from `*.{faa,fasta,fa}`

#3 tuple

`meta3` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1', single_end:false ]`
`db` file	A previously generated diamond database of guide protein sequences `*.{dmnd}`

Output 2 channels

#1 tsv tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1', single_end:false ]`
`*.tsv` file	Output TSV file with the frameshift-aware protein to read alignments `*.{tsv}`
