`Name`	`RIBOCODE_METAPLOTS`

Input 2 channels

#1 tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'test', single_end:false ]`
`bam` file	Sorted BAM/CRAM/SAM file `*.{bam,cram,sam}`

#2 tuple

`meta2` map	Groovy Map containing annotation information e.g. `[ id:'genome' ]`
`annotation` directory	Directory containing annotation files from ribocode/prepare `annotation`

Output 3 channels

#1 pdf tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'test', single_end:false ]`
`*.pdf` file	PDF file containing P-site metaplots for quality control `*_report.pdf`

#2 config tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'test', single_end:false ]`
`*config.txt` file	RiboCode configuration file containing P-site offsets `*_config.txt`

#3 versions_ribocode tuple

`${task.process}` string	Name of the process
`ribocode` string	Name of the tool
`RiboCode --version 2>&1` eval	The expression to obtain the version of the tool
