Summary

Nextflow plugin for experimental features that want to become core features. Currently includes automatic deletion of temporary files, JSON/YAML read/write functions, CSV and text file merge operations, HTTP request capabilities, template rendering, and scan operators.

Get Started

To use nf-boost, include it in your Nextflow config and add any desired settings:

The plugin includes the following example usage patterns:

Refactoring splitFastq into a process:

process SPLIT_FASTQ {

  path(fastq)

Using mergeText to replace collectFile:
