Process

`Name`	`HTODEMUX`

Input 1 channel

#1 tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`seurat_object` file	A `.rds` file containing the seurat object. Assumes that the hash tag oligo (HTO) data has been added and normalized.
`assay` string	Name of the Hashtag assay, usually called "HTO" by default. Use the custom name if the assay has been named differently.

Output 5 channels

#1 rds tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`*_htodemux.rds` file	SeuratObject saved as RDS. `htodemux.rds`

#2 params tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`*_params_htodemux.csv` file	The used parameters to call HTODemux in the R-Script. `params_htodemux.csv`

#3 versions

`versions.yml` file	File containing software versions `versions.yml`

#4 assignment tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`*_assignment_htodemux.csv` file	Assignment results. `assignment_htodemux.csv`

#5 classification tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`*_classification_htodemux.csv` file	Classification results. `classification_htodemux.csv`
