Transcript Selector for BRAKER TSEBRA combines gene predictions by selecting transcripts based on their extrisic evidence support

Process

`Name`	`TSEBRA`

Input 4 channels

#1 tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`gtfs` list	List of gene prediction files in gtf `*.gtf`

`hints_files` list	List of files containing extrinsic evidence in gff `*.gff`

`keep_gtfs` list	List of gene prediction files in gtf. These gene sets are used the same way as other inputs, but TSEBRA ensures that all transcripts from these gene sets are included in the output `*.gtf`

`config` file	Configuration file that sets the parameter for TSEBRA `*.cfg`

`versions.yml` file	File containing software versions `versions.yml`

#2 tsebra_gtf tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`*.gtf` file	Output file for the combined gene predictions in gtf `*.gtf`

#3 tsebra_scores tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`*.tsv` file	Transcript scores as a table `*.tsv`
